You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.

• Refunds typically appear in your original payment account within 3–7 business days; some banks or regions may take up to 15 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number for reference.

4. Special Notes for PayPal Refunds

• For orders paid via PayPal, refunds are initiated immediately after inspection and are expected to appear in your PayPal account within 14 days.
